1) Purpose

The CNC Test Portal is a controlled, black-box evaluation environment for the Continuum Nexus Core (CNC) runtime. This portal is provided to approved evaluators for limited evaluation purposes only.

2) No access to internals

• The CNC kernel is sealed and not accessible.
• No binaries, models, or internal state are provided or downloadable.
• No per-tick logs or intermediate values are exposed.

3) Permitted use

• Submit structured data using the published input schema.
• Observe deterministic behavior and reproducible results.
• Compare scenarios by modifying inputs.

4) Prohibited use

• Attempting to reverse engineer, probe, or extract internals.
• Attempting to access non-public endpoints or infrastructure.
• Attempting denial-of-service, abusive load, or interference.

5) Deterministic operation

The portal is designed for deterministic execution. Submitting the same input data and tick count produces the same output. Overload controls may reject requests with rate limiting responses.

6) Availability and changes

Availability is not guaranteed. The portal may be updated, limited, or withdrawn. Terms may be updated; when updated, the acknowledgement prompt may reappear.
