1. Purpose

The CNC Test Portal is a controlled evaluation surface for the Continuum Nexus Core deterministic governance runtime. It is provided for review, testing, and demonstration of deterministic runtime execution only.

2. Permitted use

• Submit telemetry in the published JSON format.
• Review deterministic outputs, receipts, and governance summaries.
• Compare repeat runs and input-variation outcomes for evaluation purposes.

3. Prohibited use

• Attempting to reverse engineer, exfiltrate, or probe non-public internals.
• Attempting to disrupt service availability, abuse rate limits, or interfere with infrastructure.
• Using the portal for unlawful activity or to submit malicious payloads.

4. Deterministic operation

Identical accepted inputs under identical policies are intended to produce identical outputs. Requests may still be rejected for validation, safety, abuse prevention, or service protection reasons.

5. No transfer of IP or internals

Access to this portal does not grant access to source code, model weights, binaries, execution traces, or internal runtime state. All intellectual property and platform rights remain with LUXCRYPTA Technologies LLC.

6. Availability and changes

The portal may be updated, limited, suspended, or withdrawn at any time. Terms may change, and renewed acknowledgement may be required after material updates.

7. Disclaimer

The portal is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, to the maximum extent permitted by law.
